COVID 19- Strive to get back on tracks

Corona Virus- The Pandemic that has put a halt to the ever moving world. As the World is engaged in eradicating this Pandemic for good, it is being faced by the more complex question that now demands an answer. What will post-corona World be like? People are following social distancing, the World is gradually opening and the economy will get back on track in the coming years. But will the World as we knew, will be the same even after Corona is eradicated? I am sure many of you must have thought of it at least once! What changes can we expect in the way we live or the way we go on with our lives.

Post- Corona World- An insight:

Believe it or not, the post-Covid world will be very different from the one we are currently living in. The positive change which we can see from this transition is empathy towards nature. We can see more stringent measures to repair the damage we caused to nature. It seemed like this Pandemic was a wakeup call for all of us to start thinking of about saving and healing Mother Nature.

The next positive change we can see is, increase in research and scientific advancement to prepare for any possible future threats. Preparation of new medicines and technologies, to make healthcare more effective. I will discuss this part in detail further. People will have to follow social distancing norms for quite a time now. Alongside economic boost, equal importance will be given to people’s health. Digital marketing, Online shopping, use of Plastic money will be encouraged. In short, this Pandemic will only accelerate the process of Digitization which was taking place.

Are we ready for if another Pandemic strikes?

India and World are currently facing one of the biggest risks to Humans in the history of Mankind. In a way, combating Covid-19 had come up as a challenging task not only for small countries but even for big developed countries. Covid-19 exposed many flaws in top-notch health care systems around the world. So I wouldn’t be wrong in asking a question today. Are we ready if another Pandemic like this strikes in the near future? Many of us would agree that it is a valid question and needs an answer. Fighting Corona Virus gave us an opportunity to address the unseen flaws that were exposed in our healthcare systems. I am not saying that Pandemic like this will strike, but if there comes a time when the world has to face another one, we need to be prepared. And addressing the flaws that surfaced is, the first step towards achieving total preparedness for the future.

One of the main problems India faced during it’s fight against Corona, is not exactly health care system but lack of Public awareness. People in India are not aware that Corona is not any common flu but a deadly Virus. Our fight is not only against Corona but also against the stupid mentality of the Public who mocks about the health care system, who pelt stone at doctors. Believe me, if these issues are not addressed, it will be very hard for India to face any near threats in the future. Preparedness does not depend only on the advanced health care system but on working together of the whole country in combating the problem in front of us.

Make in India: an opportunity for India to lead the world:

Amidst this chaos and battle, there is a chance for India to cement its position in World’s big picture. Not as easy as said. As we all know, till now we are dependent mostly upon China for most of our products, but due to an anti-China sentiment crawling through the mind of every Country; Every country will be looking for a new market to Shift their base. This will be an opportunity for India to make it big and climb to the top in the World Charts. For a few years there has been constant trend and wind of ‘Make In India’. Indeed shifting of big company Workforce to India will give much needed boost of this Vision of Make In India. And with constant progress, we will get to see the Indian products taking place in the majority of the market in the coming years. Products like Himalaya, Peter England, Rin, Tata, Mahindra, Amul, Nirma will fuel the campaign of Make In India. Indeed India has a long way to go in this but surely with the support of the mass; India can achieve new heights in Global stage.

Corona is a deadly Virus which will hamper the economy of all the countries without any doubt. It is up to us to rise from this dark time and make most of it. So, push our limits if you want to see the light of day. As it is said,

“Bad times have a good quality that it ends one day”

So sight tight and support each other through this.

So with this positive thought I end my blog here. You all take care and stay healthy. Om Shanti….
